2026 Trunk or Treat Registration - Fall 2026

On Saturday, October 31, 2026, the King City Recreation Department will hold our 8th Annual Trunk or Treat event for local families from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. at the Salinas Valley Fairgrounds Expo Lawn. 

Please pre-register your trunk! It's free!  Be creative! Student groups, community organizations, sports teams, churches, businesses, individuals - all are welcome to participate!

• Be prepared with candy for approximately 1500 children – Please buy SMALL candies or trinkets - not fun size and give one small piece is fine.
• Vehicles can be decorated to advertise a business/organization or just in Halloween fun!  Games or activities are welcome!
  
• All decorations MUST be in good taste – NO blood and gore.  If in doubt, don’t use it.
• Registered vehicles may arrive starting at 2:30 p.m. All vehicles must be decorated by 4:00 p.m.
• The event will begin at 4:30 p.m. and end at 6:00 p.m. and all vehicles must stay in place until the end of the event. Please do not leave early!
