Welcome to FALL DAY CAMP!  Camp will be held Monday, October 6 - Friday, October 10.  Space is limited and drop ins will NOT be accepted.  You must register by Thursday, October 2.

Arts and crafts, games, swimming and much more!

2025 Girls Flag Football - Fall 2025

Welcome to the King City Recreation Girl's Fall Flag Football Program!

Who:  Girls from 3rd - 8th grade

When: Season runs is 9/27 - 10/25 Saturdays ONLY

Where:  King City High School

Teams coached by KCHS Girls Flag Football Coaches and players. Practices and games on Saturdays only.

2025 Trunk Registration - Fall 2025

On Friday, October 31, 2025, the King City Recreation Department will hold our 8th Annual Trunk or Treat event for local families from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. at the Salinas Valley Fairgrounds Expo Lawn. 

Please pre-register your trunk! It's free!  Be creative! Student groups, community organizations, sports teams, churches, businesses, individuals - all are welcome to participate!

• Be prepared with candy for approximately 1500 children – Please buy SMALL candies or trinkets - not fun size and give one small piece is fine.
• Vehicles can be decorated to advertise a business/organization or just in Halloween fun!  Games or activities are welcome!
  
• All decorations MUST be in good taste – NO blood and gore.  If in doubt, don’t use it.
• Registered vehicles may arrive starting at 2:30 p.m. All vehicles must be decorated by 4:00 p.m.
• The event will begin at 4:30 p.m. and end at 6:00 p.m. and all vehicles must stay in place until the end of the event. Please do not leave early!

Fall 2025 Adult Paint Night - Fall 2025

Get into the fall 'spirit' and join the King City Recreation Department for an Adult Paint Night on Thursday, October 2 at 5:30. Doors open at 5 and painting starts at 5:30 sharp!  16 years and over, please!

Local artist Corali Ramirez will guide you through the featured painting, step by step!  No experience needed and all of the supplies are included. 

$40 includes painting supplies and instruction.  You're welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages! 

 Register early, as only 30 can be accommodated. Last day to register is September 26!
